You have 90 full days from the date of delivery to request a refund or return. No jumping through hoops. No lengthy explanations required.

- Item arrived damaged or defective
- Item received is different from what was ordered
- Package never arrived (after investigation)
- You changed your mind — within 90 days of delivery, product unused and in original condition

1. Email us at support@naliore.com with your order number and a brief description (a photo helps for damaged items but is not required)
2. Our team will respond within 24 hours with next steps
3. Once confirmed, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method

💳 REFUND TIMELINE
Once your refund is approved:
- Credit/Debit Card: 3–5 business days
- PayPal: 1–3 business days
- Shop Pay: 1–2 business days

Want a different color or size instead of a refund? We'll handle that too. Just mention it in your email and we'll sort out an exchange at no extra cost to you.
